What is the perfume bar concept?
The Diamond For You perfume bar turns your reception into a chic and unforgettable sensory interlude. Your guests discover our fragrances, choose the one that suits them and leave with a bottle filled live before their eyes, personalised in the colours of your event — first names, date, logo. Elegant entertainment and a memorable gift in one.
How do I request a quote?
Tell us the venue, the date, the number of guests and your email address via the contact form, by phone or on Instagram. We prepare a clear, personalised quote within 24 h, with no obligation.
Where do you travel?
We are based in Nice and travel free of charge from Monaco to Cannes. Beyond this area, the service is available from 80 guests and travel is specified on the quote.
What is the minimum number of guests?
Our services are available from 30 guests. Prices decrease with the number of guests; beyond 300 guests, we prepare a specific quote.
How long does the entertainment last?
On-site entertainment lasts up to 3 hours, usually during the cocktail or the start of the evening. An additional hour is possible on request.
How many fragrances can my guests choose from?
Depending on the package, your guests choose from 3 fragrances (Discovery Experience) or 3 to 6 fragrances (Signature Experience), selected together beforehand from our collection.
Can the labels be personalised?
Yes. First names, date, logo, colours or theme: you receive label proposals in your image, approved before production. Label design is included.
What do we need to provide on site?
Simply an accessible spot, ideally sheltered. Together we set the ideal time, the location and the running order with your other suppliers. Set-up and dismantling are included.
Where are your perfumes made?
All our perfumes are created in Grasse, the world capital of perfumery. We work exclusively with perfume extract, the noblest concentration, for intense and lasting wear.
Are your perfumes compliant with regulations?
Yes. Our fragrances comply with IFRA standards and the European regulations that apply to fragranced products. Every perfume has its safety data sheet and allergen certificate, available on request.
How does payment work?
We accept cash, bank card and instant transfer. A deposit is requested when the quote is approved, with the balance due after the service. The final applicable price is always the one on the approved quote.
What are the steps to prepare the entertainment?
1. Get in touch: date, venue, number of guests. 2. Choose from our four offers. 3. Select your fragrances from our collection. 4. Personalise the labels, approved before production. 5. The big day: our team sets up and hosts the bar, and your guests leave with their favourite perfume.
